9. Error Recovery
Errors will occur despite all your efforts to prevent them. Your error messages should be expressed in plain language with no codes or jargon. They should detail the problem, and constructively suggest a solution.

On the National University site, the error recovery is very minimal since there about three forms that users can fill out. In the example to the left, we can clearly see that if the user made a mistake filling out the form, one can click on the clear form button and start over.
